Company Overview
As a Marketing Manager, I develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across diverse platforms to support small and medium-sized businesses. My expertise spans social media, web content, email campaigns, print marketing, digital advertising, and beyond. I collaborate with a variety of industries, including heavy construction equipment dealers such as US Equipment and RPM Equipment, excavation and demolition contractors like Donegal Services, as well as material supply companies including Boughton Materials and 119th Street Materials. My goal is to drive impactful marketing initiatives tailored to each client’s unique needs.

The videos below show the variety of the body of work we were lucky enough to experience. Being able to be apart of creating the concept, filming, editing, and promoting across multiple channels has been incredibly rewarding. The feeling of being able to fly a drone over heavy construction or a quarry is such a cool feeling.  
My Contributions
Over the span of just one year, we revamped two key Webflow CMS websites for US Equipment Sales and its sister company, RPM Equipment, significantly improving SEO rankings and creating a smoother, more intuitive e-commerce experience. In parallel, we grew their LinkedIn and TikTok audiences by over 35%. By strategically utilizing LinkedIn Ads, we built a stronger B2B sales pipeline that boosted customer acquisition. This comprehensive approach resulted in a 152% increase in web traffic and a remarkable 224% growth in social media-driven backlinks to their sites.

For Donegal Services, we implemented an innovative content pipeline using GoPro cameras, enabling operators and drivers to generate authentic weekly content that significantly improved their social SEO presence. With Boughton Materials, we crafted impactful online advertising campaigns and engaging social media content that elevated their brand visibility and digital footprint.

Being part of a diverse family of construction brands means marketing managers must wear many hats and adapt quickly. I contributed by creating both online and print catalogs, sell sheets, and convention booth designs. Our work extended to collaborating with larger companies on press releases, blog writing, brand guide development, and even designing company apparel. What’s truly rewarding is gaining a deep appreciation for the many roles within these companies, from operators demolishing houses, onsite service technicians, parts counter staff, and finance controllers, to the CEO who literally built the company from the ground up by tearing down houses with their own hands. The insights and experience I’ve gained through this journey have been invaluable.
