Project Overview
Founded by the pioneering Dr. Steven Dayan and Dr. Benjamin P. Caughlin, Impressions is no ordinary clinic—it’s a global epicenter for aesthetic innovation. Dr. Dayan, renowned for his ‘Subliminal Difference’ and ‘Quiet Lift,’ is not just a surgeon but a bestselling author and industry consultant. Dr. Caughlin, celebrated for his trademarked procedures like Cheekago™ and The Face BBL™, is an international authority in jawline and buccal fat pad sculpting. Their techniques are not just innovative; they are world-exclusive to our clinic.
My Contributions
Tasked with working with multiple teams in house and agency on a rebrand, SEO, web development, social media and other factors. We had to rebrand the clinic presence of SDMD to Impressions Face and Body along with 2 brands representing our Plastic Surgeons Dr Steven Dayan and Dr Ben Caughlin. The overall goal was to change the look and feel of the clinic brand SDMD to a more elegant feel of Impressions Face and Body. The in house team was in charge of filming new content and organizing and updating older content in line with the newly rebranded Impressions Face and Body aesthetic and persona.

This rebrand was my third rebrand in my work history. We needed to respect all the previous contributions and patients who were apart of the original SDMD brand. Our goal was to build around a more luxury design and feel but make our existing patient base and new patients excited about changing how their first impressions could be changed with our clinic not only from what others see but also how they feel about themselves.

My team worked closely with a rebranding agency to make sure our surgeons had their message heard in the design and copy. We also needed to appeal to modern day messaging about beauty, diversity, and positive aging. We also needed to account for the massive content library of surgical and non-surgical assets needing to be updated to the new brand and organize them so they were easily placed on our website, social media, and local presence. Often I would step in to help the team with the creation and editing of assets. While the project took a massive team effort from clinic staff to marketing directors I am extremely proud of all the efforts made by the entire team.
